Slab of Ribs at Roadside BBQ

Excellent ribs. The mashed potatoes were equally good, but the mac and cheese was bland and the cornbread was just okay. They're very efficient. The guy cleared the table bused my plate while I was in the bathroom. Unfortunately he also threw away the magazine that I was reading. Oh well.
