Skirt steak from the 12th Avenue Grill

Jeff and I went to get dinner at the 12th Avenue Grill. I got the skirt steak with a dijin/shallot glaze and pomme frites (french fries.) I ordered it medium-rare and it came rare. That's okay. I was thinking about getting it rare anyhow. I really liked my dish. Jeff got the roast chicken and I don't think it was so good.
